As we see new work styles of a post COVID world emerge and re-engagement in social activities, it is interesting to watch how people spend their time and efforts. I am involved in several associations and see a similar pattern emerging within all associations. The involved parties are still involved, the non-involved are still missing, but I now see a middle group, the “partially involved.”
